There are currently two hot rolled seamless steel pipe production lines, namely the 114 hot rolled seamless unit and the 219 precision hot rolled unit, with an annual production capacity of over 600000 tons. At present, the main materials used in the production of products are ordinary steel (20 #, 45 #), alloy steel (16Mn, 27Simn, 40Cr, 42Crmo, 35Crmo, J55, N80, etc.), with specifications of hot-rolled seamless steel pipes with a diameter of 70-325mm and a wall thickness of 6-70mm. The main production equipment includes piercing machines, pipe rolling machines, sizing machines, straightening machines, automatic packaging machines, srl. The new non-destructive testing production line was launched in 2020, ensuring the stability of product quality. Advanced production processes, complete product testing systems, and strict quality management systems ensure the stability of product quality. The company has passed ISO9001 quality certification, ISO4001 environment certification, OSHMS occupational safety and health management system certification, API international product quality certification, and obtained TSG special equipment business license.
